SPORTS MASSAGE in Leipzig

After a match, a long run, or a tough week of training, your body lets you know where it needs a break.
At my practice in the Waldstraßenviertel, I focus on precisely these areas so that you can get back to your training or daily routine feeling great after your treatment.

People who push themselves hard—at work, with their families, and in sports—come to see me. Tennis players, runners, and triathletes; soccer players and team athletes; strength and fitness athletes—ranging from ambitious recreational athletes to elite athletes.

I’ve been working as a massage therapist for over 20 years and, during that time, have also treated professional athletes from the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

In a personal consultation, we work together to determine the individual focus of your massage or competition preparation.

When is the best time to schedule an appointment?

• After a competition or a tough workout. When your legs, back, or shoulders feel stiff after exercise.

You are always at the center of our attention.
With your very own personal needs.

Here’s how a sports massage works.

We’ll briefly discuss your sport, your most recent physical activity, and your upcoming schedule. After that, I’ll use classic massage techniques, work on trigger points and pressure points, incorporate stretching and mobilization, and, if needed, apply deeper pressure to the connective tissue. We’ll work together to determine the intensity of the treatment during the session. At the end, I’ll let you know what to keep in mind over the next few days.

Duration and Price
Total duration: 60 minutes, including consultation time; 105 euros.
